The Nurtured Heart Approach® is a 6 hours relationship-focused method built around The 3 Stands™, designed to help children and adults build their Inner Wealth® and use their intensity in positive and successful ways.
It focuses on strengthening connection, building confidence and creating clear, supportive boundaries, while encouraging healthy and respectful relationships.
We offer therapist support to guide and strengthen practitioners through mentoring, supervision and professional guidance.
Sessions are flexible and based on each therapist’s needs and goals. Some may only need short-term support, while others choose ongoing guidance. We work together to create a plan that supports growth and strong practice.
Travel is charged at the same hourly rate of therapy.
Fee Schedule
To keep pricing fair and consistent, our fees are the same across all funding types, including NDIS, Medicare and private.
It is your responsibility to check with the relevant provider whether you are eligible for any Medicare rebate or private health insurance rebate. Please contact us for assessment pricing.
For self-managed NDIS participants and private clients (including those using Medicare referrals), a debit or credit card must be kept on file for automatic payment at the start of each appointment. A paid invoice (receipt) will be emailed to you after payment.
Invoices for any non-face-to-face support items will be issued separately for manual payment.
For plan-managed NDIS participants, invoices will be sent directly to your plan manager for payment.
Cancellaton Policy
Cancelled appointments affect more than just one person:
• The client, whose progress is delayed • Another client who may have needed the appointment urgently • The therapist, who has prepared time and resources for the session
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than two business days’ notice, or if a client does not attend, the full consultation fee will be charged.
Note: For NDIS clients, appointment times are held on an ongoing basis. Two long-notice cancellations per quarter are allowed. Frequent cancellations may result in your regular appointment time being changed or ongoing services being paused, to ensure fairness for others waiting for support.
Non Face-to-Face Supports
Time spent on non-face-to-face supports that contribute to a participant’s goals may be billed separately from direct face-to-face sessions.
This can include:
• Communication with team members as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a child (such as discussions, emails, phone calls and reports).
• Communication with external providers, such as early educators, teachers, GPs, paediatricians, other therapists, or NDIS coordinators and planners.
• Creating specific resources for home use, such as communication placemats or visual schedules.
• Reviewing, analysing and interpreting assessment information, and completing research linked directly to a participant’s needs and goals (for example, exploring assistive technology options).
This list is a guide and is not exhaustive. These activities are charged at the same hourly rate as direct face-to-face supports, as outlined in the table above.
